Terms & Conditions

By participating in a Capture DC photo or video session, you grant Aha Concepts Design LLC (“Capture DC”) the unrestricted, perpetual, and worldwide right to use your image, likeness, voice, and any associated audio or video recordings taken during the session.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials and agree that no compensation (financial or otherwise) will be provided for use of the content. You also waive any rights to royalties or other future payments related to the use of your image or recordings.

Your content may be used in, but is not limited to:

• Online and social media advertising

• Print and digital marketing campaigns

• Commercials and promotional videos

• Website content, signage, and branded materials

You will be notified before your likeness is used for any purposes beyond those listed above.

This release applies solely to media captured during the session(s) covered by these terms.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

All photography and video sessions booked with Capture DC require a confirmed time reservation. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a $199 cancellation fee for headshot sessions, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to appear for a scheduled session without notice will result in full forfeiture of the session fee.

This policy helps ensure availability for other clients and protects time reserved specifically for your booking.
